Transactions Policy

Unbroken Faith Ministries offers a full refund on all physical products returned in new condition within 45 days of purchase. Products should be returned in like-new, resalable condition in the original packaging. The cost for return shipping on such items is the responsibility of the customer. Downloadable media is non-refundable.

Please send a copy of your original invoice along with your return and include the reason for your return so that we may better serve you in the future. Please also include your phone number or e-mail address in the return package.

Should customers observe defective or damaged product(s) upon a shipment’s arrival, Unbroken Faith Ministries will gladly provide a replacement product(s) at no additional charge, once the defect or damage is verified, or refund the customer for the full purchase amount of the defective/damaged product(s). Products damaged subsequent to the customer’s receipt of them are non-refundable.

Refunds will be applied to the credit card the customer used at the time of purchase, or, if preferred, with a check mailed to the original purchaser.
